Kennedy Driver Associates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• At least 21 years old
• A valid CDL with HazMat endorsement
• All background information can be verified for the last three years
• The last three years of verifiable background contains no gaps of more than 30 days
• A stable work history and good references
• No felony convictions, and able to operate in Canada
• No misdemeanor convictions involving dishonesty, theft, fraud, etc . . . (per DOT Regulation 391.85 (c) Paragraph 2)
• No DWI, DUI, BAC, or Open Container convictions in the last five years
• No Controlled Substance convictions or Possession of Marijuana convictions in the last five years
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last five years
• No reckless driving convictions in the last five years
• No suspension for a moving violation in the last three years
• No more than two moving violations during the last year (no more than three if all three were speeding)
• No more than five moving violations and/or accidents during the last three years
• Have a social security card or a birth certificate
• Successfully complete the Kennedy Transportation orientation program
